PROOFING AND FILE SERVICES

PDF proofs may not be provided automatically. Approval is required before printing if extra proof is

requested.

Please note, we're not liable for customer-made errors in spelling, punctuation, or grammar, image quality

issues, design mistakes, errors in selected options, or post-delivery damage. Please review designs

carefully before ordering. Sustainable Mail does not inspect documents before processing.

CLAIMS

Initiate claims within 30 days of order receipt. Upon approval, we may reprint from your original file,

excluding shipping costs. No alterations allowed in disputed projects. We reserve the right to reject

claims.

ESTIMATES

Review estimates carefully. Custom quotes are provided at our discretion. Quoted costs are estimates and

may change. Kindly be aware that we are unable to take responsibility for any issues that might

result from inaccurate quotes.

PRINTING TURNAROUND TIME AND ARRIVAL TIME

Turnaround time begins after proof approval. Estimated arrival dates are estimations, not guarantees. We

assume no responsibility for delays caused by external factors.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We offer customizable shipping options to ensure your orders reach you efficiently, reserving the

right to select the best method available. However, please note that while we strive for timely delivery,

we cannot be held responsible for delays or damages beyond our control. Lost orders may be reprinted at

our discretion, with any additional shipping costs covered by you. Please be advised that shipping charges

for orders using your preferred shipping method are non-refundable.

MAILING SERVICES

Your privacy is paramount. We handle your mailing list with utmost confidentiality, using it solely to

fulfill your order requirements. While we provide estimated delivery dates, please understand that we

cannot guarantee USPS performance. Additionally, postage rates remain estimated until USPS accepts

and approves the mailing. Any additional postage charges incurred will be your responsibility.

the discretion to reject service requests and may opt to subcontract orders to external vendors when

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation fees apply, and orders may be automatically canceled after a 30-day period. We also reserve

the right to cancel orders that do not meet print-ready file requirements.

indemnifying us against any legal actions arising from objectionable content. While we respect creative

expression, we reserve the right to refuse service for materials violating copyright or trademark laws.

SUSTAINABLE MAIL PROPERTY

Our website content and software are proprietary assets. Any content provided to us may be utilized at our

discretion, with the right to monitor and remove objectionable material.

USE RESTRICTIONS

Please utilize our website for legitimate business requests only, refraining from any illicit activities or

dissemination of harmful software.
